Who are we?
We are Caitriona and Tiarnan, a husband-and-wife team who started The Homefolk Box with one goal: to bring more connection, comfort, and care to older adults — especially those facing long, quiet days on their own.
The idea came from our own family experiences. We saw how even small gestures — a letter, a puzzle, a thoughtful activity — could lift someone’s spirits, spark conversation, and bring a sense of joy and purpose. That’s what we wanted to share.
Each box is carefully designed to support emotional wellbeing, mental stimulation, and gentle daily structure. From word puzzles to craft kits and handwritten notes, everything inside is chosen with intention — to engage the mind, brighten the moment, and remind the recipient they’re remembered.
We believe in the power of simple kindness, and we’re proud to offer a way for families and carers to connect with their loved ones, even from afar.
