Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days of your orders, and you should receive it with 3-5 working days from when it has been shipped.
You then will receieve your box on the same date(just depending on weekends) every month.
Yes of course you can, however if you have taken the 3 month or 6 month plans these cannot be refunded, but you can unsubscribe so you are not billed on the renewal date
Unfortunatelty we do not offer returns unless there are damages or faulty items. In this instance we are happy to send out a replacement activity box right away.
